I love providing a relaxing experience, from a soothing head massage to a style tailored just for you. I'm dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques to keep your hair looking and feeling its best. My chair is your space that's all yours to unwind. Cancellation Policy
Fernn Quijas HAIR Policies
Deposits
• A deposit is required to secure every appointment.
• Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• In the event of a no-show or cancellation made less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited in accordance with the cancellation policy.
• Please note: your card on file will never be charged without your authorization.
• If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to reschedule your appointment.
Guests & Children
• Due to limited space, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they have a scheduled appointment.
Late Policy
• If you anticipate being late, please notify me ahead of time as a courtesy.
• A 10-minute grace period is provided.
• The first late occurrence will be waived; subsequent late arrivals will incur a $30 late fee added to your service total.
Refund Policy
• All sales are final once your service is completed and payment is made.
• I am always happy to make adjustments or accommodations to ensure you are satisfied with your service. 🙂
